For Chrome and Edge with Windows 365

1. Save email from URL (CTRL + S, save as type dropdown 'Web page, HTML only')
2. Open up a new window email in Outlook
3. On the top blue bar, select the paperclip icon
   • Note: If there isn’t a paperclip icon in the top blue bar, click the customize quick access toolbar icon to add (dash with a down arrow under) and select ‘Attach file’. The paperclip button in the grey bar will not work as intended
4. Select the saved HTML file by clicking on it once
5. Then click the dropdown arrow on the right of the 'Insert' button to and select 'insert as text'. The HTML will populate the email window
6. Copy approved subject line into subject field (or headline)
7. Email is ready to be sent

Important note: You may want to enter the email distribution list in the “bcc” field to maintain the privacy of the list.

Gmail

1. Open page in browser window (preferably Chrome).
2. Select all browser window contents (ctrl/cmd + A).
3. Copy page contents (ctrl/cmnd + C).
4. Open new email window in Gmail, fill in "To" and "Subject" (using email headline).
5. Paste into new email window (ctrl/cmnd + V).
6. Send

Please note

This HTML email will provide best results when sent using Outlook or other image-supporting email clients. Some email clients, such as Lotus Notes, may cause the images and formatting to be altered.

If you are using Outlook and don't see the file menu, right click the title bar (above URL), then select the 'Menu bar'. The file menu will appear in the menu bar.

If you're not sure if your email system is compatible with HTML email, consider sending a test email to yourself before distributing.
